Second national rural youth talents contest closes The two-month-long second national rural youth talent contest closed on November 28 in Jiangsu Province. Jiangsu and Shandong contestants seized the first prize awards, and eight rural youths got second and third prizes. Another five contestants garnered the excellent talent prizes and 15 the outstanding prizes.
The contest focused on the theme of exhibiting new style, developing new fashions and building a new countryside. Around 100 young farmers emerged victorious from 15 ethnic groups took part in the national semi-finals and finals held in Zhangjiagong of Jiangsu Province. |
